PLEASE PRAY FOR MY EXTENDED FAMILY UPDATED 7-25-10!
I have family members who have serious mental health and chronic physical problems. There are family members who may have problems with alcohol and are refusing all efforts at communication. Please pray with me that they open their minds and hearts to each other! In these troubled times, family should be our most prized resource next to God and his loving spirit and endless mercy!
2-14-09 One sister-in-law has serious mental problems and her kids may be in danger! She is hanging around gang people. The police were here today about it! My other sister-in-law hates my wife and she will not let my wife see her kids to make sure they are alright. She has defrauded and she uses people then destroys them if they are no longer useful to her. Pray for them - please send candles and pray for my wife and my brother-in-law!
1-21-10 - Today is my younger brother's birthday - he refuses to speak to me since our mother died in 2001. My sister-in-law's mental problems continue! Please pray for them!
2-13-10 Kay is sick and afraid her cancer has come back!
4-25-10 Kay keeps putting off her cancer checkup - pray everything will be ok when she finally has it.
6-20-10 My sister-in-law is morally out of control and believed to be using Cocaine! Please pray for her. At least her children are living with their step-father who is a good man!

10-3-09 My sister-in-law's mental problems have gotten much worse - they are getting divorced. Please pray for them!

10-5-09-My brother is apparently having problems with anti-social behavior and possibly alcohol. He just broke up with his girl friend.

11-06-09 My sister-in-law is doing crack cocaine. She tried to trade her son's possessions for drugs. She is not divorced yet and has a boyfriend already. She is out of control. I sometimes wonder if she is possessed? I just do not know anymore!

4-18-10 My sister-in-law with mental health problems is moving into a new apartment for the disabled where they can keep an eye on her. She has a addiction with crack cocaine now! Please pray for her!. Her name is Rose.

Dear Gene, how many problems everywhere! I was looking for the name of your son but I didn't find it. (George?) I pray for him anyway just as I pray for your wife Key to be free of problems with her joints. I pray for Rose to be cured from her drug abuse and for your brother to call you and keep in touch with you! Nowadays family is more important than ever.
Today I had a dream about Saint Faustina. I wanted tenderly to caress her arm because I felt such an immense love for her but she seemed to be stiff and fragile as if she had been made of Chinese porcelain. I knew it was because of her utmost purity and that if I tried to touch her arm, I would break her bone...

Our son's name is Michael! He was born 6 weeks early with all kinds of problems. He was in intensive care for 3-months and we were told he was going to die or be a vegetable. The hospital chaplain came in to give him last rites and he turned around and became well. He had a lot of physical therapy etc but is now in college and doing well! We are very proud of him! My wife had bone cancer surgery several years ago and is still in pain most of the time for arthritis. She is very stubborn about following up with her cancer doctor! Please pray for her!
Thanks, dear Gene! Now I KNOW what nedds to be prayed foron behalf of Michael and Kay! It is a great gift that your son stayed alive and turned out to be a fine man! But Kay should really visit the doctor for regular check-up... VERY important! I pray for her in this regard too. God bless them and YOU always! (Faustina died this weekend. I finished the book.
