State Appeal Case
My brothers wife left him for another man. She left him with 2 teenage daughters. She took everything away from him. Retirement, home, alimony for life, he has to pay her attorney fees plus his own attoney fees and so much more. The divorce has been final. We appealed the case for the house and it was denied. Now we have one more chance to appeal the case through the state but his time we will have 3-5 judges deciding the case. If 3 out of the five decide to go in my brothers favor where he will only give her half of what they paid for it which is 6% of the home then my brother and his children will have a roof over their head and he will be able to remain in the house where his children were raised. Other wise he and his children will leave in a shelter because the ex-wife left him and his children with nothing. He has lost all hope and is a very good man. He goes to church with his children and goes to work everyday and does the very best for his family. We desperately need your prayers.

Sometimes it is unbelievable what we are asked to endure. The Bible says (& these may not be the actual words) at times good things happen to bad people & bad things happen to good people. This is hard to comprehend by our logical worldy minds. God has His own plans for everyone which may not make sense to us at times. Whatever else it does, it tests our faith in His knowing what is best in all things & that he will always do what is eternally best for us.
I pray, in Jesus' name that the Holy Spirit enter the hearts & minds of the Appeal Court judges & that they be guided to do good for not only one individual, but for all including the children. May their decision be influenced not by the glibness of a shrewd lawyer, but by fairness & justice. This I pray in the name of Jesus.

Hi Parakletos,
MY brother lost the courts of appeal and lost everything he had. We had to hire a third lawyer and that still work out to our benefit. MY brother still goes to church with his 2 daughters. But isn't happy with the results and he has a lot of bad days than good days. My brother is old and has to start new all over again. His oldest daughter is a senior in high and is going to start college in the fall semester. I still don't see what and where the good answered our prayers at all if he lost everything.
