Divorce......
Please pray for me... I am very recently divorced from my highschool sweetheart. We were married for 9 years. I found out this past October he was having an affair. He asked for the divorce. You see we have no biological children but I have raised his son as my own since he was seven months old and he's 13 now. I'm the only mom he knows and my ex won't let me see him very much. I miss my son very much. His name is Trey. I guess you can say I'm in mourning. I'm mourning the loss of my family, my marriage, my dreams..... I'm starting over and I'm scared.... Pray for me.... Ashley
Update - about 1 year ago:
Thank you for the prayers and keep them coming. My ex is allowing my son to spend the weekend with me and even come to church with me. Thank You Heavenly Father.

dear lord i lift ashley up to you that you will comfort her in this hard time lord and that you will soften her exs heart that she may see the child that she has helped raise lord and i also pray for the son lord the effect this is having on him that you will comfort him also in jesus name amen...god bless

Lord, Please be with this family and help them through this trial. Be with Trey as this is such a tough age to be without an intact family. Comfort our sister as she mourns Your child Lord. Pls if is Your will allow more time for her to spend with Trey. In Jesus Name. Amen
