prayer for my friend
I'm asking for prayer today for my friend Terri. She is diabetic and having her second surgery in 2 days this morning for an infection in her leg. The prognosis isn't good. Please pray that God will guide the doctors' hands and touch Terri with His healing power. Pray that she will finally comply with the doctors in managing her diabetes. Not managing it has put her in this situation. Pray for strength for her husband and children in this hour of their need. Thank you for your prayers.
Update - 9 months ago:
I just found out that my friend, Terri, came through her 2nd surgery fine yesterday. She is on strong antibiotics now. If all goes well from now on, she will only have to have skin grafts later on. Thank you all for your prayers and please continue to pray for Terri.
Update - 9 months ago:
Terri had a 3rd surgery on her leg for the infection2 days after my last update. Praise God she still has her leg! The doctors did skin grafts on the leg last week and Terri is doing well as far as I know. The doctors are talking about her going to an asisted living facility until she is completely healed. Thank you all for your continued prayers for Terri. Keep praying for her for complete healing of her leg and continued strengthening of her entire body so she can return home to her family. Thanks again.
Update - 8 months ago:
Terri is home from the hospital. She didn't have to go to an assisted living facility after all. She is still not completely healed. The skin grafts that the doctors did on her leg only partially took. Last week the doctors told her there was no more they could do for her. Please continue to pray for her complete healing. Please pray that God will lead Terri's family in this to know what to do next. Terri is somewhat on the stubborn side and I pray that God will intervene in this stiuation and lead her and her family to a doctor who can help them. Thank you all for your continued prayers. May our Father in Heaven richly bless each of you. In Jesus's name. Amen
