i have a suggestion for you suneeta.. please develop positive thinking, instead of calling them as Difficult tasks call them as Challenging Tasks and you will sharpen you skills only when you solve that type of problems.To enhance your confidence levels there are couple of important thing

1. Good relationship with colleagues
2. Self Motivation

you said Nobody will help you find out the reason for that and try to over come that may be your approach is not right, may be they cant help you, may be you are indifferent to them..just think and solve those problems. Colleagues on a series become family members, treat them as our own and forgive their mistakes and be happy and anyway by Gods grace you are able to solve problems.

Try to improve in these area you will be successfull where ever you go and what ever you do.
