difficult co worker
pray that I may have patience and confidence in my knowledge to properly train this individual. We work with children lord and it is important my observations are addressed and the person not be offended so easily by positive input. I pray her negative personality be overcome by the positive and her true self be seen by all. I pray always for the children's safety. Please give me strength and help me keep positive.
Update - about 1 year ago:
I'm sad to say she decided to leave . I wish I could have done more to help this individual, I pray she finds her path .
