Hi there? I have a soul mate who also struggles with weight. I'm also hefy but I try my best to control it. I'm worried about her because she seems to have lost control of herself and she's not eating the right kind of food. She also suffers from sleep apne because of the weight. How can I talk to her about it? She acts all defensive when I mention "weight"
