Crying Cashier in Wal-Mart

Yesterday I had to go to Wal-mart to pick up a few grocery items and as I approached one of their 20 items or less registers. As I stepped before the counter and noted this little young lady who was my cashier with tears streaming down her cheeks, and I asked, "what's wrong child"? She answered in simple 4 little words that meant so much, " I have no home"!

I looked over the counter at her and took her hand and inside my heart I gave a quite prayer! I said to her " why don't you call over one of your supervisors and take a break, I'm sure they will let you go sit down for a moment or two?" She said, "it makes no difference I need to work and I can't get it out of my mind and off my heart what has happened to me! I said to her, "worry not for as it is written not one moment of life will be added by worry and consider that none of the flowers of the hills that surround us here in Texas with all its beauty that they have for home. And not even those that pay you from the Wal-mart family with all their wealth live in homes as beautiful as those that those flowers have in these hills that surround us do they"? I told her then of the words given by Jesus and the lilies of the valley as my source!

Keep your faith and know God will see to it you have not only a good place to lay your head but home that is made up of loving family. For a house is but house but family of loving people who gather in His name is what makes up a family." and if we live in a cardboard box or in grand castle that is what makes a home!

I pray that this young lady will find her way to her own home made up of loving people!

As I walked away from her my heart was heavy and I knew how blessed I felt to know I was going to my humble little house that is a home!

I ask we take a moment to pray for this little young lady and so many others in this nation and this world that are like her with no place ot lay their heads! And feel that we give thanks for the fact that we each do have a place to live in a place that either is or can be a home!

Lord, may this young lady be blessed with "home". May she find a place that she can call home. May her heart be blessed with love overflowing, with deep inner joy and peace. May she always have enough, O Lord. May there also be compassion, tenderness and and fulfillment for her always. Bless her and keep her deep within Thy most precious grace. Through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit I pray. Amen.

I pray that the Mighty Lord Jesus heard her cries and that he has a house for her already to move in, I pray that, she keeps her job cause I know in America it is hard to keep a job if you have no abode, I pray that, human suffering can come to a point of no more enough is enough, I think we should all set up a meeting room and we all pray on line for people, like envisage the person in the middle and we all pray in words in Jesus Name. when one or more is present the lord should meet us at that point Amen...

Rabbin - 11 months ago: Diamond, Your thought is worthy here in America we too often forget the instructions of our Lord even many who sit in the seats of the best of the Churches, Temples and Masques of this nation and the world. For if we were listening there would be less debate and the giving of real care and substance for all in his nation whom go without the necessary needs to sustain life! And the prices of things would not be the first consideration but life giving needs would and money would be the last. As it is written you cannot serve two masters God and manna!. For one you will love and the other you will hate! I prefer loving God and by loving God to love all my brothers and sisters! Even those whom may be considered my enemy!

Lord pls bless this young lady and fulfill alll her desires according to ur will and purpose and also I pray for the people who have no shelter and also I pray for the people who have shelter but not loved ones in the family Lord we lift up our eyes to u, there is no one who can console us. U r the only shelter for the oppressed and needy people. pls bless them with food ,shelter and clothesand also loving people around them in Jesus mighty name I pray-Amen
