A customer was unfairly convicted of shop lifting at Meijers in Corunna, Michigan in 1999 becuause two security guards and cashier committed perjury during the criminal trial. Security videos and tape recordings were destroyed by store; videos and recordings would have proved customer's innocence.
The court transcript proves that the defendant nor jury were informed of what the criminal charge was until the end of the trial which is illegal.
