When you are waiting for an answer from God you must remember he is already giving you what you need. The first moment we pray he is already taking care of it. Now, it might not be exactly what we wanted or thought we wanted, but it is for the best in the big picture. His presence is there, don't ever give up on his answering your prayers. And bless the family of your friend, it is a huge grieving process to go through with something like a suicide. But with God, the family and friends will heal.
