My prayers will continue every day! Hang in there sweetie. Just got back from Fla, and my mom is doing poorly. Please pray she will last a few more weeks so that my son can see her when we meet there on the 20th. My mom is 85 and had a very good life, but it is still painful. I was thinking of you tonight and remembering that your prayer request touched my heart so much, because I'm a little older than your mom (52), and I know how much my kids would hurt if they were in your shoes. My son is 22 and daughter 11, and we are extremely close. Besides losing a child (as both my sisters did), I cannot imagine anything worse than feeling this pain for your mom. I know, like your mom, that being blessed with your birth was the most beautiful miraculous moment in her life. You both are blessed to have such a close relationship. Unfortunately, the pain is part of the love. However, God has given you to each other for many reasons, and this difficult time is one. It's painful and difficult, but it will get better! This journey will continue to be a rough one, but you both will get through it.
God, send your Spirit to Mary and spread it's healing power to her liver and entire body to fight off this disease. You created every cell in her body, and now I ask in Jesus's name that you give them the strength to destroy all this illness. Continue to bless these two with healing and allow them to see that this time will bring them intimacy never experienced before. Keep them strong and please give them the news soon that the cancer is dissipating and Mary's body is recovering. Give them all the support they need, and through the sadness and tears, bring them moments of joy and laughter. Thank you Dear God for speaking to their hearts and keeping them safe in your arms.
Thank you Jesus for the suffering you accepted so others, like Mary, can hand her burdens over to you to carry. Please hurry and allow uplifting news to be given to this family quickly.
