Thanks for your prayers for Sheena, Wambui, and for your encouraging words about my Compassion child, Akinyi. I have just started to sponsor another girl in Kenya, Gladwel Waceke Gatonye, who lives in Tiekunu, N.E. of Nairobi (as you know!) She lives on the plains there, and is Kikuyu ethnic group. I hope one day to visit them both (maybe you too, who knows?) I also sponsor a young boy, Yoram, in the hills of Kasese, in Western Uganda. He keeps pleading with me to come and see him and his family, but, right now, I can't afford it (not working.) Again, one day, please God. Heavenly Father, please pour out Your favour and Your Holy Spirit of Revival fire on Wambui and ALL the members of her church, to fulfill the prophecy of Joel, that in these "last days" before Jesus returns, our young folk would see visions, and our older folk would dream dreams, to inspire and convert those who do not yet believe. I pray that You would reveal to Wambui the big picture of Your end-time harvest of souls, and enlarge her tent, as she prepares for these strategically important meetings in November. Please give her the absolute assurance that all will be well, and there will be an unexpected and larger response to this mission, than she dared to dream of, for we ask this in the mighty name of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
