Peter, I know its hard, take it from someone who knows every fiber on the bathroom rug- I have been there and sometimes I re-visit it, but remember trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. We don't know what these things happen but we know they do. Keep your eyes on God, he has blessed you with being able to reach out to people and counsel them. God has a plan for your life. When God closes one door, he ALWAYS opens a window to the next BLESSING. I am sure that he has only BETTER and MORE FULFILLING things in his plan for you, eventhough you cannot see them now.That is why we walk by FAITH and not by SIGHT . Because if we could see the answer now, or figure it out ourself, then we would not need FAITH. We walk by Faith and not by sight. Everything that is not of FAITH is SIN. Just trust God and his Word.
