"Our Heavenly Father, I am so grateful to you for the mother you gave me. She is such a beautiful lady! I pray for caprice63's dad who is suffering from alzheimer. I pray that you can comfort him and with you all things are possible, I pray for healing of his mind and body. My mother also has this terrible disease dear Lord, and I pray that you put your arms around both of them as well as caprice63 and that trust and faith is put on you Lord because you are in total control. May their lives be filled with peace, fulfillment, joy, and love. Please protect all of them O'Lord and give them strength and may caprice63 "trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding." Father, we sometimes do not understand why these terrible things happen but through faith we may someday receive understanding and that we should always give you thanks and praise, and we are blessed to have my mom and caprice63's father in our lives. In your most holy name, Jesus Christ, I pray Amen."

My father also has Alzheimer's and I know how painful it can be. Remember that no matter how much he remembers in this place and time, his Soul doesn't forget. He knows you, his Soul knows you. Don't despair. Take good care of him, keep reminding him of your love. Thats all. God's plan for him may keep us wondering, but your Dad's Soul is still well. This journey is hard and confuses us but you must believe that regardless of what happens he will be, and is Perfect in God's eyes. Spend as much time with him as you can and be joyful in his presence. That is what your Dad wants most. He wants you to be happy! He will absorb your love and it will nurture his Soul. In this way will he be healed. I promise.

Lord please bring the full blessing of your healing power upon this man, to heal his mind and body and put your protection around him. Lord, reach out and touch Jack and bring him back to his family so that they may rejoice in you. Thank you, in Jesus name, amen.
