God wants to bless you dearly, but He can only do that if we turn away from sin. Lets not be kept in bondage but instead go out there and spread the Gospel so that others may be freed also. Everytime you fall into temptation of lust ask yourself what would Jesus do?what will he say if I do it?or will this put a smile on the Lords face?will that angels in Heaven rejoice?Yes we all sin but by feeling guilty keeps us in bondage, it keeps us from praising God.Just as how Adam and Eve ducked from God, we cant be the same. It is not Your will for your child to be held captive by this addiction. It is your desire to be Lord in his life...May you come in Power and Deliver him...I Thank You that You will never leave your child...I Thank You that if he is tempted to fall back into addictive behavior ...that You will show him the way to escape.....May he begin to fervently pray...daily seek You...and read Your Word. May he also surround himself with friends that know You and can minister to him. May he turn away from people that would tempt him to indulge in addictive behavior. Let him feel your Powerful .... Your prayer is not selfish. Dear Heavenly Father, we pray in agreement that this child of yours finds other things to fill the void in his spirit that he is trying to fill with his addiction. Please let him realize that as he tries to fill the void with the wrong thing he will only grow more empty. The Deceiver has convinced him that this void which was meant to be filled by your Holy Spirit can be filled with trash as easily. We know it cannot. We know that there is only one thing that will ever successfully fill that void. We agree now in prayer that your Holy Spirit will descend upon this child and fill the void.
