Deliverance from heartache
I dated Frank (my abuser) for a little over a year, I kept hoping he would have some compassion after he would verbally abuse me, accuse me and get a little physical on me, but he never felt any remorse and in fact always made me out to be the bad person. Many times he had a smirk on his face while he would say mean things to me. He wanted me to forget things but never would show any remorse. I was sad most of the relationship but hoped he would get better. He started doing the distancing thing after he abused me. He decided to buy a motorcycle and had asked me if I wanted him to..I told him "No, but that was his choice." He told me it is a girl magnet." I would invite him to go with me places I was invited to but he either would make it miserable or give me a hard time and end up not going. Finally, a friend told me she saw him with another girl on his motorcycle and someone else told her that he had been seeing this girl 2 or 3 mths. it was supposedly his new girlfriend yet he was still seeing me. Throughout the relationship he constantly accused me of cheating on him and called me all kinds of names. None of this was true. I just wanted things to work with him. He chased me. It was hard but after he was mean to me, I didn't bother with him. My heart hurts more than ever, finding out all this time he abused and accused he had another girlfriend while seeing me. I think about him 24-7 ever since I heard about him seeing someone else while still seeing me. The pain of him cheating hurts worst than the abuse he put me thru. He gave me extravagant gifts while with him & always saying he wants to marry me (he gave me a very expensive engagement ring, but in a angry way..I gave it back a week later. That was in the beginning of the relationship.I feel terribly sick and feel as though I'll never get thru this. My heart and my head are always on him. My prayer is that he would be convicted of the way he has been towards me, have some kind of remorse, and be truthful with me about his cheating. If he's not whom God would have me with then I ask that every thought feeling of him would be removed from my heart and mind. However, if he is, then I pray for a miracle in him to be honest and true. Thankyou. Rhonda

Thank you everyone for all your prayers. You are all a blessing. Frank has been back in my life which may seem nice for me at the moment but overall it may not be..Please pay for Gods perfect will here and not his permissable will in my life. My boss,Judy, is giving me a hard time again and has continues to humiliate and cut me down in front of others so I can see her do it..I may get another letter of warning for another trivial thing that many do of the workers do without thought. Pray I don't get a letter of warning again. Also MOST IMPORTANT IS MY DAD WILL BE HAVING SURGERY FOR HIS PROSTATE CANCER ON SEPT 25TH PRAY IT IS A SUCCESS. IT WAS CAUGHT EARLY ENOUGH>>PRAY THEY TAKE IT ALL OUT AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY THANK YOU RHONDA

I pray for you rhonda that god heals the wounds this man has afflicted on you. I pray that god will have him feel remorse for all the cruel things he has done to you. I feel your pain when someone you one love treats you so bad and act like they don't care it's hard. Rhonda - first off, you cannot change anyone. The only changes you can make is to oneself. We must understand that God often answers our prayers, but not always the way we want. God may have answered your prayers by taking him out of your life.
I pray that your heart heals and that you find a MAN who will love you and treat you with respect.

I will pray for Frank to get better and treat you right. In any case I will pray for you to find the love you deserve, whether it's with him or someone else (if he doesn't get better - but I know that is your preference, and that is what I will pray for as the preferable option, if it's possible).

Rhonda,i have been in abusive relationships and what i have found out was you can't change anybody you don't have controll over someone eles actions,but you do have controll over yours,maybe you should consintrate on YOU and not so much on your abuser,take this time to better yourself by gaining a closer walk with GOD let his will be done,just put it at the saviors feet,step back and let GOD do his work,it's hard but it will make you fell better,i pray that GOD will ease your mind and give you the strenth to think about you and to know that you are a good person in JESUS NAME I PRAY THIS AMEN

Rhonda, I ask you to please look at all you have written about what this man has done to you. Why would you want to have anything more to do with him. Please Lord Heal rhonda and deliver her from this trial and abusive man. Please move in her heart to realize she is a child of You and no one should ever abuse or humilate her in this way. I ask you to please heal her pain and lead her to get good counseling and support and for her counseling to be successful. I beg of you rhonda, seek out the help and support of your local battered women's shelter, to seek out counseling and support groups. this is a bad and troubled man to do this to you and you are caught in a seriously dangerous pattern of abuse and codependency.
