I have been sitting here for a few minutes before I started to respond to your request. My mind has so many things that I want to say, but truth is there is not space here and I would be writing for days. First off, know in your heart that our Father will never give up on you or anyone else who comes to Him and has Jesus in their hearts. As we must acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Son of God who was sent as the Salvation for us all to be Born Again, we (those of us who go to sites that are pornographic, lude, lustful) must acknowledge that we are addicted to such a sinful lifestyle. I too am a recovering addict of pornograpy, and of doing other things on the internet that I never should have been doing. The cost...was more that you can imagine. I turned from God, I sinned with wilful intent, and my family has been hurt beyond measure. HOWEVER and Praise God for the Victory of our Savior the moment we turn to God and ask for his forgiveness we are washed clean...never to have God look back at the person we were. The victory is that of Christ Jesus and all we have to do is let Him fight the battles for us...He already has and he has already won them for us. Father God, I pray for this person that they will find a group of brothers who will be an ecouragement to cast off the desire to seek out such sinful internet sites as well as any other form of sinful behavior that is not pleasing to you. Father, have this person keep their focus on you. Father, let this person know that I was never worthy, but you, in your love have delivered me from what appears to be the same burden that he carries. Lord, I give you all Glory and just want this person to know that the Victory is his and it comes from YOU...Pray, Pray, Pray. That is the answer and I have not been on such a site in so very long and it is not me,,,,it is Him that has kept me from them because with Him all things are possible. Amen.

Dear one, Many of us have been where you are now. I used to also use the computer for the wrong reasons. Then, being Catholic, I went to confession and sought forgiveness in the name of Jesus, and then I went back to church and haven't used the computer for those purposes anymore. It's been years.

One thing that you might try to do is anytime you approach the computer in search of pornography or other sinful things is think of the people involved and how they are in a state of sinfulness and are slaves to the evil one. They need your prayers. They are victims like you.

PS You need to confide in a family member or close friend or guidance counselor or call a psychological hot line to get some help for this. If this is causing you such pain and interfering with studies, you need to seek out some help. If you feel you can't talk to your family, then please call a local hospital or your doctor to recommend someone who can get you counseling. You don't have to suffer alone, seek out some therapy. You have nothing to be afraid of, you've fallen into something and are having a tough time getting away from it. seek out help now before it gets worse. Good luck and take care ament

God, please help this person discover your divine path for them and give them guidance in how to follow that path.
