I just received a phone message from my Sister in Davenport, Iowa that my cousin Bobby is dieing of Lung Cancer. Of our immediate family the last 3 remaining members of the old family that are left is my sister Patty, my Cousin Bobby and me! When he is taken home it will be just my sister Patty and I left of our original blood lines or seeds from our family name!

I guess it goes to show how short life is and how temporary we all are! I was told that Bobby is apparently at peace over all this, and told his children its all OK we all have to lay down and rest, no matter who we are or where we all come from when its our turn to die we die and were all going one day or another!

I pray that all people may one day realize just how short our time here is and that we must learn to enjoy every precious moment God has given us! I feel that life in this world may be short but where we are going is internal and life goes on never to end! I thank God for each moment I have been given to share with each of you my heart felt feeling about our Lord and creator. For their is but one God and He is eternal and through Him we each have a promise of everlasting life!

I pray that one day the world will turn away from its concerns over self and learn to value ever one we meet and to care for everyone we meet.

I ask God that we shall learn that we are His temple and as His temple we love one another and realize we only have but a few moments to give to one another in this world!

I ask Dear God that you will take Bobby in His due time and without pain and that you shall enter in him and whisper to him that you have made a place for him in your palace and there is the place where you will not die but have eternal ever lasting life!

So my prayer is not for just Bobby but is for each of us that all find our way through His narrow gate of a loving and eternal life of just loving one another!
