Manz- How are you doing? It is so easy to get depressed in this insensitive society trhat we live in. Take time out for yourself, reward yourself with little things each day. Explore and see what it is that you enjoy in life. It is very important to take time and take care of ourselves. If we don't love ourselves who else will? Some ideas ie: "reading" is a wonderful pass time. I swear to you if you try a book by "Janet Evanovich" you will not want to put it down, a friend recommended this author to me and I cannot get enough. Lee Childs is also a very colorful and intriging writer. And here's a quote for you: "Be careful in nothing but submit all your prayers to God with thanksgiving."
