Hello my sister, I certainly feel your pain. I also lost my husband 4 years ago. Everyday I felt like I couldn't go on. I tried to work myself to death. I was actually trying to run away from the pain. However it caught up with me almost 2 years down the road. By then I was in deep deppression and my body was tired and full of pain. What I learned to do was hold on to my good days as hard as I could. When you find yourself smiling or laughing, enjoy that moment, please don't feel guilty about separating yourself from the grief. It's perfectly ok to grieve for awhile. But we have to learn not to punish ourselves. I was actually doing harm to myself by not smiling, not getting out of bed, not eating and not addressing my medical problems that were sprouting up from eveywhere. I will keep you in my prayers because I certainly understand.

Please Dear God give this woman your love and comfort each and every day send her an Angel to help her get through the day
