Both of my sons, ages 18 and 14 were in a bad car accident on the afternoon of August 17th. My oldest son was the driver and was eventually released from the hospital that evening. He is having a difficult time still dealing with the mental and emotional scars of feeling at fault for how badly his little brother was injured. My youngest son was transferred by ambulance that evening to the Children's Hospital where he spent a week trying to recovery from his injuries. Almost all of his injuries are on the right side as he was almost dragged completely underneath the truck. He will now be scarred for life, his lateral vision is affected in the right eye, he is still recovering from broken ribs, a collapsed lung, severe road rash and multiple lacerations. Please keep both of my sons in your prayers that they both will be healed and learn from this horrific experience.
