Prayer for healing
Jesus, heal my good friends father. Over the weekend he had a minor stroke. He is doing well and had minimal side effects and we thank you Jesus for keeping him and his wife safe as they were driving down the road that day. We know you were with him and we know you are with him now. Keep them safe and heal him. I ask this in Your Holy Name, Amen.
Update - 11 months ago:
My friend's father was discharged from the hospital yesterday. Today, his cardiologist said he wanted him and the family in his office at 8:30a.m. tomorrow morning. While the family knows that his heart has not been good for a long time now, they are not expecting good news. Jesus, we know that You can heal this man. I pray that Your healing touch will heal this man and enable him to live the rest of his life in good health. Jesus, give this man and his family faith to get through this. I pray that they will turn to You and seek You for peace and guidance. I ask this in Your Holy Name, Amen.
