Heavenly Father, please be with Jody and guide him to find good employment. Help lead him back to You, Lord. Please heal and Bless him in all of his needs. We give thanks for all blessings received. Through Christ our Lord, Amen.

Your prayers for Jody and for Mrs. Riddle have been heard in this community. Mrs. Riddle is at peace and has gone to God. Jody, however, has a lifetime in store for him. Others will respond to your request. God sees, feels and hears all. Your prayer, by way of intercession, will go to Him.

Jody will do much to take care of his own job situation. He is a young man! His energy is in God's hands, and God will bless him with much, the only requirement being that Jody open his heart to God. You cannot do that for him, even though you love Jody! He has to be open to what exists beyond this life. He has to be open to going "...back to the Lord...," as you say. You also say you have not been around Jody much, but that you understand that his grandmother would look to you to do some of the things she was doing while she was still here? My impression from what you have written is that she was a positive influence in Jody's life, and that she loved him. The power of a loving grandmother is really something! My own grandmother this year has celebrated her 87th birthday in good health, and I thank God every day for her lovely presence in my life!

If you know in your heart that Jody's grandmother would want you to be his "guardian angel," then go for it! Approach this young man with love and and an open heart!

Yet - - if you're uncertain, isn't that understandable? Of course it is! Give yourself a break! Do not be anxious. In that case, just try to relax and ask God to guide you. Please be patient. That is hard, but please try to be patient. Is it possible that you are not the one who will ultimately assist Jody in getting where he needs to be? I only suggest that you humbly consider that God may choose to work one-on-one with Jody or may choose someone else in this life to influence him in the right direction. Whatever God decides, don't fight it. God knows the answer. Ask Him to guide you and show you signs as to what to do and when to do it.

Pray to God. Offer your love and your "services" to Jody. You would not have written about him to all of us here if he did not somehow have a powerful influence on your heart. You are a loving person. Be at peace. Share your peace with Jody. God bless you, and your family, and your Nephew, Jody. He is lucky to have you in his life, no matter what God's plan is.
