to communicate more often with me

I want my husband to commnicate more often with me. I want him to stop sleeping arround and getting different careless women pregnant every year women and most of all I want to get pregnant for him. I am 47 years old and he wants this to happen also. We love each other and want to get married soon. remove these women three of them out of my life. Thank you.
