Jamie is my nephew. He was involved in an oilfield accident about a month ago. They immediately took him to surgery and tried to rebuild his two fingers that were crushed in the accident. He was in surgery for five and a half hours while his wife and three small children sat and prayed for him. He remined in the hospital for two days and as the surgery did not take they had to return to surgery and cut off the two fingers just below the knuckle. He was released to go home the day after surgery. Later in that week, his hand began to swell and hurt. He returned and they had to cut off the fingers completely. They have kept him in the hospital and given him many antiobiotics. Now, the infection is in the bone and spread. He will return to surgery tomorrow. Please pray many prayers for him. He has two sons he has coached football for and a sweet daughter 18 months old. He has had a very hard time accepting that he would not have his two fingers. I haven't heard for sure but am afraid they may have to remove his hand. Please Please pray for this family. God Bless each of you. Please pray that the infection is controlled!!!
