I need your help.. PLEASE.. my fiance is in Lagos.. he is a reputable architect who went down their to help design the road work for the pipeline. He was finished on time end of June.. He's still there Sept 11th. Can you help direct me to someone who can help? He has been to St. Dennis Catholic Church and talked to Fr. Joseph.
