short term memory and mind battle regarding praying things I don't want to say
I sometimes try to remember if I prayed something willfully a moment ago I wish I did'nt pray and get confused thinking I may have prayed something I wish I did'nt pray or thought I might have said in prayer and feel tormented worrying god gonna want something i fear to happen and get the obbsessive-compulsive thoughts of praying things I don't want to pray and get tormented if I end up saying these things being unable to forget ab bout them I was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive-disorder
Update - 3 months ago:
i have been doing better and feel better for now and the thoughts are not as obsessive lately please keep praying for god to give my mind and continuinf freedom from this

I know what it is like to be hurt by someone you have feelings for romantically and may god change your husband ,bring him to salvation and and heal your marraige and convict your husband on how much he is hurting you and your children as well and bring him to his senses .

Robbie, thank you for the advice. I do need to behave better when it comes to eating the right foods. It's difficult, but I know I should do it. Hope you feel better.

Just think what's on your heart, pray what's on your heart,if you say things you don't really mean, God will know your true heart !
