lord i just want everyone to start praying for each other that god will bring his soildiers together for the battle is at hand more so today than ever..and that the people in southern california will find closure and peace within the next few days..that the government will take a stand and help those that have lost so much to rebuild there lives..then protect them father and give them the strenght to go on,even when it looks like there is no way out..

LORD, I SIT HERE IN THE COMFORT OF MY HOME AS MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CALIFORNIA , ARE TRYING TO FIND COMFORT IN COMMON SHELTERS. I HAD A WONDERFUL MEAL TODAY, BUT THEY DID NOT. I SLEPT WARM IN MY BED LAST NIGHT, BUT THEY DID NOT. I GO OUTSIFE AND I LOOK AT MY BEAUTIFUL HOME, WHILE THEY HAVE ONLY ASHES TO LOOK AT. LORD, THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN GIVE THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA ARE MY PRAYERS. "CAST THY BURDEN UPON THE LORD, AND HE SHALL SUSTAIN THEE : HE SHALL NEVER SUFFER THE RIGHTEOUS TO BE MOVED". Psalm 55 :22 LORD, I ASK IN JESUS NAME THAT YOU COMFORT THEM AND DRY THEIR TEARS. GIVE THEM THE STRENGTH TO BEAR THE ONE THING THAT PROBABLY BE THE WORST THING THAT EVER HAPPENS IN THEIR LIVES. CALM THEIR SPIRITS AND GIVE THEM DIRECTION. GUIDE THEM, LEAD THEM, TELL THEM WHAT TO DO. DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES, SOME OF THEM MAY FIND IT DIFFICUT TO PRAY BUT LORD, LET THEIR SILENCE BE THEIR PRAYER AND ANSWER THEM. SHOW THEM YOU POWER. LET THE KNOW THAT YOU ARE THERE FOR THEM. LET THE FEEL YOUR PRESENCE LORD. BE THE WIND BENEATH THEIR WINGS IN JESUS NAME I PRAY, AMEN. HENRIETTE

Your prayer of intercession, to include those in southern California affected by the wildfires, is heartfelt and sincere. Your words will make a difference. You say that "...the battle is at hand more so today than ever...," and you are correct. In this day and age we pay lip service to so many ideals, and it may be true that many nations are not so overtly brutal in their ways as compared to those of the history we might know, but yet "the darkness" as I call it is more active by more insidious means than ever. How so? Well, it's objectively true that every human achievement has always, and continues to have, both a positive and a negative potential. With advances in technology, to include communication and even world travel, do we not see evidence of this all the time? Of course we do. So, as we see and as we discern, we can choose to go with the "light" or we can choose to go with the "darkness." The good news is that all of us here, in this beautiful prayer community, have chosen to go with the "light." God bless you.

vinnyrt - 10 months ago: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR MESSAGE TOM23..FOR I FEEL WITHTHE INTERNET WE CAN USE IT IN A POSITIVE WAY TO REACH SO MANY OTHERS THAT WANT TO KNOW CHRIST,BUT NO ONE TO ENCOURAGE THEM OR TO GIVE THEM SOMETHING ELSE TO LOOK FORWARD TO..AND IT IS MY BELIEVE THAT I AS AN INDIVIDUAL CAN ALSO DO MORE FOR GOD AAS HE HAS GIVEN ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW SPIRITUALLY..AS THRU LIFES STRUGGLES I'VE GAINED WISDOM,KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING..SO AS I STEP OUT IN FAITH I CHOSE TO FOLLOW JESUS AND ALLOW HIM TO USE MY MOUTH AS HIS MOUTH PIECE TO TRY AND HELP OTHERS GET TO KNOW CHRIST..FOR THERE IS A SAYING THAT I HAVE THAT I HOPE WILL GET THE ATTENTION OF ALL CHRISTIAN AND SINNERS ALIKE..FOR WE ALL ARE SINNERS FOR WE WAS BORN INTO SIN,BUT GOD GAVE US A WAY OUT AND THE CHOICE IS POURS TO DECIDE WHICH PATH WE SHALL TAKE..AND MY SAYING IS THIS...the eyes that look are common...but the eyes that see are rare..WE LOOK OUT INTO THE WORLD AND ONLY SEE WHATS IN FRONT OF US IN REALITY WE NEED TO LOOK BEYOND THIS PHYSICAL PLANE FOR OUR BATTLES LIES IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM...WE MUST LEARN TO DO BATTLE IN THE SPIRIT AND THE ONLY WAY TO ACCOMPLISH THAT IS IF WE ARE TRULY WALIKING WITH GOD..SO YOU CONTINUE TO SPREAD YOUR light around as will i and the so many others on this site..i pray that god will keep us hungry for his word and encourage us to speak out whenever and wherever there is a chance to stand up for jesus...the other day the lord sent me a mesage to write on paper that i am to share with those that would like to hear it..would you be interested to hear about if so just drop me a note...we are ambassadors of christ..thats the topic..so stay bless tom and stay in gods will..i'll be praying for you...
