I just went through the same thing. You and I are so much alike I feel like I have a twin! I had filed a court order against my ex husband as he has not paid a cent in over 4 years. That is over $19,000.00 he owes us and since our home is in foreclosure, my car is being reposessed and our utilities are all being turned off I figured even if they made him pay one year...I could get caught up but he didnt show up for the third time so they dismissed the case!!! How can they just dismiss it? The devil is trying to really pull us from God right now. I feel him trying to make us give up. I read a passage the other day in my bible that says the tougher our suffering is, the more glorious the reward. I pray for you every day Mimaysison because we are gong through the same things, I know it is having the same effect on you as it is me. Keep the faith. I know some days that is much easier than others but we have to believe God is going to get us through this and like Job...be even better off. I know I have become allot closer to God since this all started happening sp of I cant be happy for anything else ....I have at least become a stronger person, and a better Christian. Praise the Lord that even though he gives us trials to bring us back to him.....he eventually shows us mercy for keeping the faith even though this world makes you think your crazy for it. Some day we are both going to be on the other side of this and have enough money to bring our families together somewhere on this planet and meet each other and talk about the wonderful miracles he brought our way to get through this mess. I believe
it with my whole heart. Keep your eyes looking up toward heaven, your hands folded in prayer and remember he will take care of our needs, he will never dissapoint, and since he promised us this over and over in the bible...it CANT be a lie!!
