Dear friend, I pray for you wishing you to feel better. You didn't update your last request so I worry a bit. Please let us know how you are doing and what the reason is for staying away from PrayAbout for so many months! I hope you change your mind about not having your own family because I think it would really help you a lot to have a loving wife around you with kids perhaps. Only don't want to stay alone! After your mother died you still had a girlfriend, Andie. Why was that relationship broken? Perhaps you were afraid to marry her!? Please write a new request in order to tell us how you feel and how you want to change your life. Don't close the door behind you, let us show compassion, love and support, let us pray for you! I pray the Lord to give you courage for living your life without fear and worry! I pray Him to protect you from your own destructive thoughts and to guide your life to a peaceful clearing of love and support where you find people to care about you. I wish your soul to find calmness and security in the thought that you are never alone, God is always with you to wipe your tears, my dear friend! Don't lose hope for finding your path but be brave and feel the sympathy from us who pray for you and love you with all our heart and with all our compassion! Thanks so much for your prayers for Gillian Gibbons in Khartoum. They meant so much to me. as I read them watching the News and awaiting the verdict of Today's hearing. I said "Yes and amen" to ALL the points you prayed for . Thank you. I too am diagnosed bipolar (since 1977) but now have a life that is manageable and stable enough for me to enjoy. In 1994 I was on life support in Intensive Care at our local Hospital after a near-fatal overdose. God had different ideas! I had electroshock treatment and went back to work vowing NEVER to go down that route again (I was a baby christian at that time.) I had long-term christian counselling looking at the roots of rejection in early childhood, emotional deprivation (described as "total" by my counsellor. That was a shock!) and my "frozen feelings." This all helped, but what I did for myself helped more. The book "THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING" was the greatest help, when, finally, I began to PRACTICE it, not just read it. The first chapter is "Believe in Yourself." I thought I just had to believe in God, but He gave me gifts that I must have confidence in as well.Repeating "I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME" 10 times, three times a day, until this scripture went from my head to my heart, and I began to LIVE it, was a start. Removal of fear was a tough one. Try repeating "I WILL FEAR NO EVIL" "GOD HAS NOT GIVEN ME A SPIRIT OF FEAR, BUT OF LOVE, STRENGTH PEACE AND A SOUND MIND." "THE PERFECT LOVE OF GOD CASTS OUT ALL FEAR" and go on saying them over and over until the TRUTH of God's Words/Promises BREAKS the old negative patterns of thoughts, and false assumptions (based on others opinions, and compounded by the enemy of our souls) and sets you free! Jesus has come to set us free, and "He or she who the Son of Man sets free, shall be FREE INDEED!" Confess all known sins/mistakes and invite Jesus by name deeper than ever before into your heart/mind/soul. Keep doing that every day "Deeper Lord, deeper" until you know Him intimately as the Lover of your Soul, the Only One who ever died for you to guarantee you a place in Heaven. Thank Him for Calvary, again and again. Finally forgive anyone and EVERYONE who has ever offended you, and don't forget to FORGIVE YOURSELF! God has, so who are we to argue? Hope this helps. Dearest Toolbox, I know how you feel about being afraid. I know how you feel about a broken relationship and the hurt you feel inside. We can be strong with Our Lord inside our hearts. I too feel the pain, but I trudge on, because I know I have a purpose. I too cry alot, but I try to see the person who hurts more. I pray that our prayers together will heal both of us. We can be strong through Our Lord Jesus. We will not let Satan make us hold on to just the pain in our lives.. We will focus on the good. I pray to Our Lord that the goodness in our lives will prevail and out weigh the bad. We will not let the sadness in our lives win.. We have a purpose and we are Loved! In Jesus Name I pray, AMEN

O Lord,
In this time of need, strengthen me. You are my strength and my shield; You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. I know, Father, that Your eyes go to and fro throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts long for You. The body grows weary, but my hope is in You to renew my strength.
I do not fear, for You are with me.
I am not dismayed or overwhelmed, for You are my God. I know You will strengthen me and help me; that You will uphold me with Your righteous hand. Even as the shadows of illness cover me, I feel the comfort of Your strength, Or Lord.

Father God, heal this child of yours! I believe he has suffered enough and I know you and only you can heal him. I believe in your promises to heal each of us and you wont give us more than we can handle,Toolbox is ready for that healing.In Jesus name I pray, amen.
