Pray that God can help you not to feel guilt or shame but that sex is normal and use your energy in sports or weight training. God wants you to develop your mind to dwell on things that are praise worthy, so try reading the bible more and I'll pray that God can bring you a friend in the Lord who can be a mentor to you in Christ Jesus. May God Bless you and give you peace of mind that God created us to enjoy sex, but wait upon the Lord to find you a partner Amen.
