I still need prayer every day all day. The harder I try to be of help to my fellow man and myself the more jealous people try to hurt me and my business. I had to terminate an employe who was not following protochol. He has filed a suit against me. I actually bought this young man correct clothes to wear for his Concierge position with my own money. I helped him get his car inspected, helped him get his tags because I knew he needed his transportation to get to and from work. He has a child support order and I know he needs all the work he can get. But did he try to do the job as asked, NO! Now I must attend a hearing and the company that I have two of my contracts with are threating to take them from me because they said they can no longer put up with the constant employee/employer bickering.
I have tried to make sure everone that works with me are as professional as they should be but you must be ever so careful now-a-days because everyone threatens to sue for anything.
I have gone throught a lot of pain, sweat and tears to get my business to where it is and I haven't had it for a year yet.
After calling for prayer and realizing that if GOD means for me to keep this business "NO ONE" can take it from me.
Please just pray for me for the correct outcome to come of this unnecessary situation.
