My memory... Prayer Answered

Lately I have been having difficulty at work remembering all I need to remember. Sometimes I feel like they are expecting too much of one person. Other times I feel like there is something wrong with me. I am in the middle of an incredible spiritual growth "spurt" and I love how God has moved me. I don't know if maybe the reason why my memory isn't working so well is because my soul longs to be elsewhere, on another path...in another career. And financially I cannot afford to leave the job I am in right now. My husband also does not support me in my spiritual growth. So there is tension at home and there is tension at work. I recently transferred locations and my immediate manager puts more responsibility on me than she has for herself. So my prayer request is this: Help me, Lord, to see clearly what is happening with my job. Help me to remember what is required of me, and if my employer is asking too much, help them to see that even they could not remember all the many details they ask of me. If there is something medically wrong with me creating the short-term memory loss, I ask that You heal me, Lord, if it be Your will. Thank You for giving me all the many miracles and blessings in my life, and continue to teach me, Lord, all the things that You would have me to learn. I am a vessel here to share Your Light. Continue to guide me on my path. Show me the way to use Your Light to help others. Use me in the way that You see fit. These gifts You have given me are a blessing, I want to learn all I can. I just pray that You will help me to fit in and function within my present job, or show me what job I need to be in. Guide me there. Help my husband to see that what You are doing in our lives is real. Help my husband to see that You want me to do Your work and that everything will be alright in our lives. Help him to support this spiritual light You have given me. I love You, Lord. Please help me. Please pray for me.

Update - 7 months ago:

I seem to be doing better with my memory. The owners of my job have also finally seen that I am more able than my manager has been giving me credit for. My manager has improved somewhat, but she still looks for ways to "stab me in the back". I hope one day soon God will show her what loving one another means. I pray that he will knock at the door of her heart that she might answer Hime and let Him in. Through His love we are all better people. Amen

PS: I would like to make a suggestion as well go to the health food store and get yourself some Co-Enzyme Q10 this is a great supplement that helps with memory...

THANKS SO MUCH for your prayers for me, and for this coming weekend. MUCH appreciated! I had these difficulties too, when I was working. You are simply under spiritual attack, because, through your prayers (and your "ministry" at work and elsewhere) you have become a threat to the Kingdom of Darkness. This is spiritual warfare, and you'll get used to it! The mind is the battleground, and messing around with our memories is a highly effective way for the enemy to disorganise us. Are you FULLY protected by your spiritual armour (Read end of Ephesians 6.) The "Helmet of Salvation" is the most important defensive weapon we possess to protect all our mind, so make sure that you "put it on" daily. How you do this is up to you, as long as you do it PRAYERFULLY! I also sometimes mime/act out putting an invisible helmet on. This reinforces the scripture and the prayer, to give me the necessary belief that I am TRULY protected. Also, use the Word of God to attack the enemy as you pray. Remember "SUBMIT TO GOD. RESIST the devil (by quoting scripture) and he will FLEE!" When we are surrendered to God, and then use the "sword of the spirit" which is the Word of God, our adversary MUST leave, because Jesus has given us authority to "Trample on (spiritual) snakes and scorpions, and to overcome ALL the power of the evil one." "We are MORE than conquerors through Jesus Christ who loves us" and "He that is in us (JESUS) is greater by far than he that is in the world (satan.)" We must use in prayer the "weapons of our warfare" which are THE NAME OF JESUS, THE BLOOD OF JESUS and THE WORD OF GOD (which is also JESUS, who was the "WORD made flesh" (JOHN Chap. 1 verse 14.) St. Paul said about these weapons that "they are not carnal (= of the flesh) but they are MIGHTY for pulling down the strongholds of the enemy." Let's just use them now in prayer for your situation. Heavenly Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus, I stand in the gap between satan and "willowwhisper" and I cover her with the protective power of the eternal blood of Christ, shed on the Cross, as powerful today as 2000 years ago. I speak Your Holy Word over her, and on her behalf, and say "NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST HER SHALL PROSPER" Amen "JESUS CHRIST IN HER IS GREATER BY FAR THAN he that is in the world" Amen. "SHE IS MORE THAN A CONQUEROR THROUGH JESUS CHRIST WHO LOVES HER" Amen, and I take authority over EVERY power of the evil one ranged against her, in particular her mind and memory, and I BIND ALL those principalities and powers of darkness, in the mighty name of Jesus, and I COMMAND them to FLEE from her, to run in terror, and never to return. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.Furthermore, I ask You Jesus, my Lord and Saviour, to LOOSE Your Holy Spirit of superabundant spiritual blessings over her right now, and liberate her into the TRUTHS of Your Holy Word, which You embodied, because You are "THE WAY, THE TRUTH and THE ABUNDANT LIFE."
