i neep some serious prayer

i would like for someone eto pray for me i'm gain weight and have diabetes and high blood pressure also deaf in one ear and i'm trying my bbest to get on good term meaning health wise. i feel like if it doesn't get better i won't have a family or children so i'm asking anyone to pray that my health get better and for tha better,
