im at my all-time low right now. i've been active in my church for only six or seven months or so and for the past 3-4 months, it hasn't been easy. it's like i would always find myself in confusing situations that would shake my faith. i was advised my friends to hold on and many times, i have decided to look for another church. then recently, one member verbally lashed out at me about something. actually it was all petty. it was a case of miscommunication over a SMS i sent to her.i was really hurt as i wasn't accustomed to being insulted just like that especially coming from someone i considered my friend. i am not mad at that person who insulted me, though. but honestly i am still hurting and i just want relief from all the things i have been through. i understand that Christian life is not a bed of roses and i am willing to go through it all. but at this time, i feel so weak that i need time out. i want to look for another church but i am not sure it's the right thing. at the same time, i no longer know if the reason why im sticking it out with the church i am currently in, is because i am still happy there or is it because my friends are all there. i am so confused. i am asking you to pray that i may see clearly what God wants me to do. whether it His will that i may ba able to cultivate my spiritual life more in another church or i should stay put. thank you so much.
