Can anybody answer this~
I believe in God~ I read the bible, listen to Christian music station all the time, talk and pray to God all day faithfully- go to Church every Sunday... But yet I have never experienced what some other people have when they say things like they hear a voice from God telling them to do something or somebody told me they saw a vision from God telling them that he would heal her broken relationship with her husband~ I don't doubt that these people have really experienced these Godly moments- my questions is~ what am I doing wrong? I feel that I have a relationship with God, but yet I have never experienced anything like these other people. I am going through a very difficult time with a relationship and I have been praying and asking God for guidance and restoration... and sometimes I feel like my prayers are going unanswered. What am I missing? What's the secret? I want to experience this

God~ I pray that my mind may rest long enough to hear you I want to hear you- I need your guidance, love, support, encouragement. Please send me the answers I have been searching for. I am open to recieve the answer~ I am a sponge waiting to absorb your guidance. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen

I pray that you learn to quiet your mind so that you can "hear" God's voice. Often God speaks to us in a small still way..a quickening in our heart...and more often than not we are too busy to hear it or receive it. God's voice..His answers are everywhere..they can be in your heart..in your spirit..in your mind..come from things you see everyday..from other people, kids..anything and everywhere where God is. He can draw your eyes to a certain scripture..making it jump off the page to you..He can speak to you in so many ways..the key is continually and dillegently seeking Him..seeking His guidance in everything you do..and sharing your time with Him by talking to Him all the time..Also being open to what He says..cause His ways are not our ways..often we shut out GOd's voice when His answer or message is not what we want to hear..Pray that the Holy Spirit helps you to hear what God is saying to you and pray that God helps you keep your mind free of clutter to hear him..In Jesus name..I pray Lord that you make your voice "known" to this sister who seeks you..amen
