Dear bk, I want to let you know that you are not alone in this battle. It is a battle of the heart, mind, body and soul and I have suffered along with you for eight years. When Christ has opened the path for us to follow him in peace all wisdom, people who live on the other side of this belief distort Christ's design of love and companionship to a world standard. We are against the standard but I belive are somewhat outnumbered in what is truth. The more we grow in Christ the more we are separated from the world. But through this, Christ has given us the the grace to understand what it means to be in the world and not of it. He has filled my heart more of the blessing of ministering in music and loving with Christs love. Yet, I do agree that we are only mortal and need the love of each other who are followers. Paul had said that he became content in all circumstances and wished that none of us would marry because it would interfer with our ministry, but we DO live ina world that isolates us form each other. The modern world has created isolation from community and the post modern world is seeing the results. You and I are part of the results of a modern age that does not rely on the interaction of others except through modern communications. This type of communication creates distance and breaks down physical contact because people think they have "already spoken to us". You are too pretty to live alone until you die. Christ will honor your heart but it is also been important for me to know that I am not acting as a man of the world. This has taken a great dealof time but has been worth the wait. Much dross has had to be burned from me.Tkae this as a hug and I will pray for your heart.
