rp44_ - 7 months ago: Thank you for your prayers. I just found out that Frank went to the church I attend and spoke bad about me. He had also called my job speaking bad about me to someone in hopes to get me fired (21 yrs. Post Office). He talked to a new friend of mine (girl) talking bad about me. My prayer now is that people will see thru him and his vindictive lies. It hurts me a lot because I was sincere in my love and caring for him in spite of his abuse and false accusations he put on me. He has done so much in trying to ruin me and I pray that people will see right thru him for who he really is. Thank you for your continued prayers

rp44_ - 7 months ago: Yolanda, I will pray for you. It sounds like you are going thru a very tough time. In my case, Franks lawyer offered me a 3 yr. restraining order under Superior court (Civil) then offered me a 6 mth restraining order under District court (criminal). Though I had plenty of evidence of his cruel criminal acts towards me, I took this without a finding just in case I didn't get any restraining order at all. I was told I might have gotten a 3 yr criminal since I had a lot of evidence but I didn't want to take the chance. His lawyer felt uneasy because my lawyer gave his lawyer one of his many verbally abusive message recordings. I will keep you in my prayers Yolanda. You are Gods child and God never forsakes you or leaves you...He will carry you thru this hard time in your life. You will get thru it and all those that mean a lot to you also. In Christ Rhonda

I miss my church in Humble Texas New Covenant Church.. www.newcc.org I ended up accepting from Franks lawyer a 6 mth quazi criminal restraining order on Frank without a hearing. He had offered a 3 yr. restraining order on civil, but this man has done criminal things to me. He broke into my apt. and stole things that meant a lot to me (family video's, pictures, church CD's that can't be replaced) and a couple of valuables (camcorder and portable DVD player) along with evidence tapes of his verbally abusive messages. He threatened a few friends in texas and one friend recorded the threats whom he called 15 times. So much happened besides him grabbing, pushing and spitting at me. I was accused of so much from him and called horrible names yet he did all that he accused me of. I tried so hard but now I give it to GOD. I cared a lot about him but he tried to ruin me. He even called my job to try and get me fired..I found out recently but it was done a while back. Frank is cruel and vindictive and is very mad at me right now. Thank you so much for your prayers. Pray that this man gets out of my heart or that God does an amazing miracle in him if he is not going to get out of my heart. I will not break this restraining order and may have to put in for an extension in 6 mths if need be. Franks dad was mentally ill and Frank at 48 yrs. old is too. I cared about this man a lot and went to the womens crisis center regularly while I continued to date him for 11 mths out of the 1 1/2 years. He was very abusive mentally, emotionally, physically etc. I was offered from his lawyer to take a 3 yr civil restraining order and then I was offered a 6 mth criminal restraining order. I had a lot of evidence of many things that he did to me and my friends however instead of going thru the trial I took the offer for 6 mth on criminal. Both Franks lawyer and my lawyer told me thart I can always extend the restraining order in 6 mths, which I will probably need to do. Frank is very vindictive and sneaky. I wished it to work so bad because I care about him in spite of the horrible things he did. I have to give him to GOD. My prayer is that either God does a major miracle in him and me or that GOD takes him out of my heart if the miracle is not going to happen. It's hard for me because I was sincere but obviously he wasn't and sadly couldn't be because of his mental illness...Thank you for your prayers.
