INNER PEACE
Help me to receive inner peace since the death of my loving husband, whom I miss with all my heart. I cry everyday and ask myself how will I ever live without him and wish I could have been more understanding of his needs. I need to release myself from guilt. Please pray for me to have more inner strength to continue the way I am sure my Lord would expect me to live the rest of my life, being happy and not sad any longer. Thank you.
Update - 9 months ago:
Recently Widowed, 3 Brothers, Mother, Father & all grandparents deceased. No family members left except one child. I am a young and broken hearted woman in my mid fifties. Too young for social securtiy and without a job. My child is out and on his own. I do not want to place myself on him as a burden. It is much too hard, in this world to take care of oneself, let alone taking care of me, too. I pray my God will bring me peace and comfort and will guide me in the right direction. Thank all of you for your kind prayers. I am trying very hard and praying that the Lord help heal my heart and put me on the right road. I love my husband so very dearly that all I can think about is being with him. I need to settle the estate and get my final papers, in order, as well as my house and I will then pray to the Lord, that if my duties are now fulfilled, that he allow me to join my husband, for all eternity, in the house of the Lord. Amen

Thank you so very much, my dear friend, in God. I still cry everyday but I am feeling stronger and am beginning to trust in my decisions. I do need to have more faith in myself as I know my Lord has faith in me. If he leads me to it, he surely will lead me through it. I must believe with every breath of my being. God watch over you and keep you safe.

Thank you so much for your prayer request. This reminds me, so much, of the psalm 102: verses 1 through 12. I pray this at times to remind me that the Lord wants me to remember he is there, for me. I must remind myself that if he will lead me to it he will bring me through it. Sometimes I begin to doubt and I will read the 'Footprints' prayer. I cry and ask God to carry me because I feel that I can no longer walk alone. Angels, on earth, like yourself, remind me that I may feel alone but I am not alone, in prayer. I, am so sorry to hear about your husband's passing, my friend.
May Our Lord give you the comfort and peace you so need.
Father, I ask you be with this sorrowful woman and bring comfort, strength and peace to her weary soul. I ask for your Holy Spirit to envelope her now and send your ministering angels to guide and protect her fragile emotions.Lift her guilt for we know that is an attack from the enemy and holds no truth.
Dry her tears, and help her through this grieving period.
In Jesus Name I pray.

I ask that You please be with my sister in Christ as she is going through this difficult time. I ask Lord that Your peace would fall upon her and that You would cover her in Your precious blood and all the guilt would wash away and she would be made whole again. Help her to understand that You are ALWAYS there for her that You know what its like to feel the loss of a loved one. Give her knowledge and understanding. And help her through this grieving process. Dear ChristianMom3, Please do not give up the fight to make things right with you and your husband. LIfe is shorter than we think. Do what ever you can to bring yourself closer to him, without losing yourself, in the process. Your husband is in need of something that he cannot express, to you. Pay attention to what he doesn't say. If I could do things over again, if I only had a second chance, if, if, if...........is only wishful thinking. Don't let yourself drift too far apart. It will be very hard to be able to get that closeness, you once had, back again. Do not let anyone or anything, outside of your marriage influence you so it or they become so important to you that it drives you and your husband further apart. Sit in the same room with him and read your scriptures aloud. He may not join you right away but he may listen to your words. I pray that he opens his mind and heart to you and our Lord. I pray that God's light shines upon him that he may see the errors of his ways and again be born unto the Lord. I pray that the sickness and evil that has come into your lives be cast out. I pray this in Jesus' name. Amen. Thank you for your continued prayers as I have not felt the peace needed, in my life. God Bless you.
