My name is THeath and I am married to a man who has turned out to be nothing that he claimed to be. When my husband and I met we were head over heels in love w/ one another and he graciously accepted my daughter (then 3) as his very own. That impressed me and later I got pregnant w/ our 1st together. That's when things began to get strange. To make a long story short 3 children later (for a total of 4 altogether) we do nothing buy argue, fuss, and cuss each other in the harshest of ways. I have a problem w/ him now telling me that I need to make my daughter's father pay child support (which I have been waiting on for a year or so), it's basically my fault that I was abused as a child, and if I don't like being here and I'm not happy then why don't I just leave. He ALWAYS asks me to leave which forces me to understand the implications that I and the children are in the way of him "having his own life" but the only problem w/ that is that I don't have a job or any money because I have spent the last 3 years pregnant w/ his child. I recently had a baby back in December '07 and he throws up in my face that I do not have a job or any money to leave even if I wanted to. He picks favs out of my children and only caters to my 2yr old by taking her EVERYWHERE and the other 3 get left out. I don't think that is fair and I have told him so. Every single time I take an issue to him about our marriage, the kids, or any thing that is bothering me or making me uncomfortable he begins to lash out at me and throw my past "mistakes" up in my face which I have no control over. Please pray that my marriage either makes it or we either go our separate ways for the sake of our children and my own sanity.
Lord protect this marriage. Give it strength and peace. In Jesus' name I pray.
Dear Father,
I lift this couple up before you. Please intervene into their lives and work your will upon them. Let them have understanding, compassion, and love for one another. Give them respect and let them always remember the children. Keep them in your loving embrace and let all that has gone wrong between them be forgotten. I pray in Jesus' most loving name. Amen
Lord remove the hinderances to this marriage. Father bless all to be well in Jesus poweful name. Please touch the husband's heart and bless him to change and love his wife and family as he should, thank you Lord, Amen!! "For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace." (Rom. 6:14)
Dear Lord, God of heaven and earth, You are indeed the fountain of graces, mercy, understanding and love. Keep our sister here happy and contented. Provide her with the strength to carry her cross now. Please help her, in Jesus mighty name, I pray, amen.
