Grandson Has MDA and is Wheel Chair Bound

I have a Grandson his name is Grant, he is 12 yrs old and he has been in a wheel chair for at least 3 yrs. On his 5th Birthday he laid on the floor and was crying his back hurt, well my daughter just figured he might of hit his back on something or maybe fell, a couple of days went by and she took him to the doctor in Denver Colorado that's when they told her he had MDA. Grant is a very smart little boy and he is soooooooooooooooooooo cute . Please pray for him that they find a cure or at least something to slow this down. He should not have been this advanced because the doctors said he would not be in a wheel chair till he was about 12 yrs old, well he's about 3 yrs ahead of schdule. God Bless all of you. I am so happy my friend sent this web site to me.

Please guide his doctors to the best possible treatment he will respond perfectly to until a cure is found for this dreadful disease. Dear Diane; I was a little confused in your profile you didn't mention a Daughter.And yes he really is sooooooooooooo cute.I will keep him in my prayers also along with the girls.illness disturbs me to begin with and when I see a beautiful child in a wheel chair my heart breaks,Life is really tough and can be so unfair,someday maybe we will get the answers we are all searching for,I pray the good lord watch over this child and so many others like him and find a cure for this terrible illness.in the name of Jesus.
