THANKS India, for your ongoing prayers for revival in my church/area. MUCH appreciated! I know that you say you are a "beginner" but in a sense we ALL are! The more we think we know about God and His ways, the more we realise we only know a tiny amount. It's a paradox, but true Let me tell you a true story. An english lady, Jennifer Rees-Larcombe, was paralysed through an accident. She was a strong christian who preached and taught far and wide. She continued her ministry from a wheelchair, and also sort healing for her paralysis from all the top name christians in thed U.K. and overseas. Nothing happened, but she believed that, one day, God would heal her. She was teaching/preaching at an obscure little English country church one weekend. There was a good turnout and she was warmly received. Right at the back of the church was a young afro-carribean lady who felt God prompting her to pray for Jennifer at the end of the service. Inwardly she complained to the Lord "I can't pray for this lady. She's far too famous, and I only became a christian 12 days ago." The inner prompting continued, until at the end of the service she went up to Jennifer very timidly, and asked if she might pray for her. Jennifer was delighted, and much to everyone's astonishment stood up and walked after this shy and nervous girl's most humble prayer! The story is recorded in Jennifer's autobiography called (I think) "Unexplained Healing." The moral of the story is that God does not look for ability, but AVAILABILITY. Your fervent prayers are having a major effect here in the Potteries and the U.K. because God's Word says that "The fervent prayers of a righteous person WILL avail much." I therefore BIND and BREAK every curse, hex, spell, generational bondage and hereditary spirit of manipulation, domination and control, that may be hindering India from moving forward into her TRUE identity, and destiny in Christ. Furthermore, I now command ALL negative, evil and unhelpful spirits and elements to FLEE from her, to leave her in peace forever, and I ask You my God, to command a blessing upon her and her family, her friends all their property and possessions, and to grant to her in her mind/soul/spirit and body the supernatural Peace that passes all human understanding. In Jesus' mighty and all-powerful name. Amen. Keep reading, studying and meditating on the TRUTH of God's Holy Word, for Jesus said "You will know the Truth, and the Truth will SET YOU FREE!" India: I can relate to your posting. There are so many times that I prayed for others to change and I understand what you mean, we can't change others, we can pray for them, but we should also pray for ourselves to be able to handle other people and situations which are sometimes out of our control. Learning how to deal with either difficult people or difficult situations makes it so much easier since we ourselves can't change others. Prayer is wonderful, God is working in my life big and I thank him and love him with all my heart.
