I'm in need of some prayer and positivity. My mom is buying a new house in a new city and escrow was set to close the 25th but keeps getting pushed back due to missing documents. Now it's set to close the 31st (my mom's b-day) and we got an email saying they are concerned that she doesn't make enough money for the loan amount needed. It's such a mess. We have to be out of our apartment by 6pm the 31st because we thought we would be in our new house by then. Lord please help us! My mom is devastated and seems to be giving up. I'm trying to hold her up but it's getting to be to heavy for me, please rid us of all this doubt. Please let the documents she faxes to the loan underwriter tomorrow be enough to close the deal on our house.
