Dear Samantha: I know it looks bleak but please don't give up hope. Have you gone to your local town or county offices and signed up with temporary assistance? Also, please try the salvation army, any local churches or synagogues, catholic charities, local food banks, local lion's club, women's club, jaycees, even women's shelters - all if they can't help, should be able to direct you to help. Please Lord Jesus heal this poor woman. Please Lord send rescue immediately and bless her with financial blessings, support and help, all she so needs. What has happened to you -- bottoming out -- happened to me twice, at 28 and at 42. Now I'm 52 and am a new man in Christ. Being a fellow Catholic, I advise you to talk to a priest; they can be very helpful. And, please, if you can, go to Mass today. It will make a difference. I promise, and my promise is based on scripture.
