iPrayer family I am struggling once again with a really disturbing issue and it has me feeling so much hatred inside and I don't like feeling this way it's just not of God I am a renter and I feel as if my landlord is just being plain greedy I lived in a hurricane ruined area and I am a single mon I have made terrible money mistakes so my credit is like shot so and the rent is so high I mean everyone is out to draw blood when it comes to rental prices I am on a program that is designed to assist with families trying to regroup and get there lives back on track and I moved in an area that I thought would be comfortable rent wise but the landlord wants to charge the original amount of the rent ( which is 1025.00 a month for a two bedroom 1 bath) and if I go through the program he wants to charge an additional 600.00 which brings the total to 1625.00 the program is paying 1088.00 a month and I have to pay out of pocket 600.00 not including utilities or lawn service and I can't have pets this area is not the best area especially for a single mother of 2. I moved in Sept 1 and I paid him the deposit and the first months rent out of pocket which was 2025.00 and the next month in Oct I had a bit of trouble and my check bounced for 600.00 (partial amount) and I paid the rest cash my car broke that month I had to get another so I could get to work and get the kids to and from school I know that was wrong to let a check bounce but the only reason I didn't pay it was because the program paid but he is still insisting that I owe him he was paid back pay and all he is being so greedy and I don't know why he is getting his original asking price actually he is getting more than he was asking for in the beginning why does he have to tack on additional monies we are just at war and I just don't feel comfortable in his property at all I just can;t bring myself to pay for something and it isn't worth it maybe i am wrong I just don't understand this program was designed to help those who need help and thats all I am trying to do is get back on the right path in my life I found out that he had plans on sueing me if I moved out but he asked me if I wanted to move I thought he wanted me to go but he is planning on sueing me if I leave Why is people doing this this should be illegal they should have inspectors to inspect the place and the area to see what its worth and how much rent you should have to pay I feel I just can't win and this man is being so wrong so very wrong and greedy I really need God to step in and help me not to feel this way towards this man and help this to get better I just can't bring myself to pay this money that he doesn't deserve but do I have that right I need prayers on this I am scared and so upset he is trying to get over for his own personal reasons Please pray that God puts his hands on this mans heart quickly please
