God, life is always not the easiest for us here on Earth. Lord, I pray to you that this person's prayers are answered. I pray that they receive a boss that is nice and understanding. I pray that this prayer will be answered, as I too have had a a good boss in the past. I pray that people realize that this world is hard enough without having to worry each day at work about a boss that is no good to work with. God bless this person with the prayer that is asked of you. In Jesus name I pray to you Lord. Amen.

Our Father, the Greatest, bless this work place with those who love you. Assign leadership that praises your holy Name. I also pray for all people in authority to follow you as their boss, so that your kingdom may reign on earth. I ask this in Jesus' name.

Father not only a fair and nice boss to come to this dear one;'s workplace but a Godly man so that unity and peace can be the center of that workplace. We all long to be graced by your presence daily and work takes so much of our time in our lives that we desire less strife, conflict in our work places, may they have reason to rejoice in the choice of the boss, in Jesus name amen.
