My medicaid is in the doctors hands...

Dear Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus, PLEASE hear my prayers. I just got off the phone with a supervisor from medicaid and my case is in the doctors hands being reviewed. Finally after 5 months its is getting reviewed. Should have a decision by Friday. Oh Please let this be true, let them approve this. This will take so much of the stress,and money issues off my shoulders. I then can see the doctors about my health and maybe find the answers to whats wrong and get better. Please Lord be in that room when these people decide on my health,life. Put your kind and loving heart in theirs and let them agree that this lady needs help. I have worked and paid into this since I was 16 years old and i am 40 years old now and I feel as though now that I need it I intitled to it. Please I ask In Your Precious Names, AMEN

Update - 2 months ago:

I received the letter in the mail today on my medicaid. They need more testing to be able to determine eligibility, I have been waiting for 5 months. Lady who was doing this is no longer there, It just got turned over to supervisors of office.
When I first had to have the medical exam done, I couldn't find a doctor anywhere who would do the exam. Not even my own doctor. Reason for this is cause Medicaid hadn't paid them for all the exams they did in the past and most of them had lawyers and cases against them. But God shined down on me and I foundnt one who would. That was 5 months ago. My case sit on the caseworkers desk for 4months(I did all the foot work for her.(got all the medical records, test results, letter from my doctor and ect.) My case did not get to Indianapolis until Jan. 14 th and thats only because I called so much and got the supervisor in on it that she took the case over and got it to this point. I have been off for 1 year now and I also have been going threw SSDI, which was denied . Its in appeal. I pray that i can find the doctors to preform these test.
I have to see a orthopedic and psychologist and then wait some more. I really need this. My health insurance from my employer ran out in Aug. and I couldn't afford the Cobra plan, so I applied for Medicaid, thinking maybe 2 months at the most. Anyway this has been very upsetting to me and I am so tired. I have cryed so much today and I just need the Lord to guide me. I am gonna put a prayer request in as soon as I can get my thoughts and emotions together enough to type. Thank You all for all the beautiful prayers and pictures.
Please continue to pray for me and my Family. I haven't gave up and I wont...
I am not alone...
I have to LET GO AND LET GOD!!!!!!!

Update - 2 months ago:

I ask if you will continue to pray for me and my family. The forms I need to take to the Doctors for medicaid exams I still cant get. I have called and called, Finally I left a very detailed message with the head supervisor pleading my case on how I feel I have been treated unfair and I desperately need these two forms. That was Yesterday. I called again today and said who I am and I would like at least a phone call back. Its noon and still nothing. Without these test being done, I am stuck. I cant pay for them myself, I cant get any answers from my caseworker or her supervisor. I been sick and still not up to power, My Husband is not getting better with his addictions. WORSE!!!! I feel like my head is going to exploded. I have so much on my plate right now. Only God and The Lord know it all, and I pray so hard for them to please help relieve some of it from my shoulders. I know and have Faith they will. Please pray that I can keep going. I am very tired!!!!!
I am Going to say a prayer and posted it.

Update - 2 months ago:

Still havent got the forms or the phone call back. I have called 3 Times this week. Tomorrow I am going to the office to get some answers and the forms. Please Pray that these people dont give me a bunch of nonsense. Please pray that I can find the Doctors to do the test. My Husband has been sneaking and reading my post here and reading yours. I think it got to him alittle.
Not mad, But like a dog does when he gets caught doing something wrong. I hope he keeps feeling that way and wakes up. I need him to be sober and for all the medical stuff to come soon. I will continue to Pray for this and have Faith all will come. Just have to be patient. Thank you all for the Love and Support and Prayers.

Well They finally called... Praise God...
I have to go pick up papers to make appt. with Doctors they need me to see.
Please pray I find the right Doctors and even find them. This is what is going to determine if I am eligible. I really dont understand why my Doctor, MRI,ect. is not enough, but I guess its what needs to be. Please pray for me to get this done and get the medicaid for me to get help.... Please....
Thank you all for the prayers, they worked. Called me 30 minutes after I updated this. God and The Lord are working on me....

Update - about 1 month ago:

Well I got the forms now I am having problems like before. No doctors will fill out this forms for medicaid because they dont get paid for doing the services. I will cont. to fight this battle and I will win. I have The Almighty Jesus and God on my side. Thank you all for your prayers. I will continue to let you know whats going on.

dear linda, i pray that the lord will make a way for you and bring someone who has the ability to efficiently with this situation.

my disability is a long time coming.. i have jumped through the hoops twice already on the paperwork and they never tell you anything for months.

i think they love to make us wait. i have heard plenty of stories about the 'politics' of it all.

not sure what happened. i posted a response for you, but it's nowhere to be found. hmm... little 'gremlins' who have nothing better to do i'll bet. LOL.

lst123 - 2 months ago: Thank You, that means alot to me. I will not give up and I know my prayers are very strong. My Husband is not a real bad addict who beats,steals,throws things, and is not violent. He just abuses his body. His body has been abused for far to long and I am not sure how much more it can take. I am very concerned about that. He drinks beer(6to8) and not the hard stuff. He takes prescription pain pills for his fatigue and pain, but to much. He said he has to to work to help us survive. I think his health is more important. He is a good man and I love him so much, But only he would let God and the Lord in his heart full time instead of part time he would get better. dear friend believe God to be yr healer,talk to God about yr situation and believe his word according to isa 53 vs 5 that by his stripes you were healed.when you believe that jesus has healed you from all yr sicknesses then with faith arise from that sick bed and start doing all that you could not do in the name of Jesus,act 3 vs 12 says "in the name of jesus christ of nazareth raise up and walk.if you believe God's word for yr healed today ,i also pray as peter that in the name of jesus Christ of nazareth raise up from that sick bed and be healed

Great God, we pray that you send Linda to the right people. Or send the people to her. The state government is a hectic place that they keep changing people all over the place. I have been fighting the battle with the medicaid(people who apply for you) since I received the letter. I cant get any answers to my questions or the forms I need. I finally left a very detailed message for the supervisor on how I feel I am being treated so unfair. I hope and pray that maybe this women will hear my message and be sympathetic to my case. My Life has been in a hole for a while, and I just keep praying that God and the Lord will pull me out. My husband is using alot again and now I see that he is in way to deep for me to help. All I can do is still pray for him to see the light and find God and the Lord. I know if he would totally turn it over to them, he would come out of this. I need that, my children need that and he needs that. I still keep holding on and keep praying and my Faith is very strong and I know it will all be better soon.
