Brother with Emphysema needs freedom from addiction to cigarettes

My brother was diagnosed several months ago with emphysema. He is addicted to cigarettes. He has tried to stop and has not been able. He is also bi-polar and is now getting depressed. He has a big heart, but, is not serving God right now. He needs to be set free from many things and turn his life over to God. He needs healing for his lungs.

Update - 5 months ago:

Lord I ask for you to do a miracle in Tim's life right now. You know that smoking is going to kill him. Please Lord, give him the strength and the determination to quit once and for all. Crush the authority of the addiction to cigarettes and any other evil activity. Give him an overhaul in his spirit so that he will seek you first and find your help in time of need
