i need you all to touch and agree with me about my brother.he has a mental illness and he has lost his mind.he has been in and out of jail and mental hospitals and we are having a hrd time to get anything done for him.the law in tenn is crazy and it does not support families of mentally ill family members.i need for god to open a door to help change the law about mental illness.
