Michael has suffered a stroke, and the doctors are currently lowering his sedation to reveal what parts of the brain have been effected by the clot that went to the brain.

Today we finally heard good news, first time in over a week! The doctors are saying that his heart has gotten stronger, and he may able to be taken off the heart device, please pray tha this is possible

Right now Michael needs our continued prayers for his brain activity, and responses. He is having an extensive test tomorrow to assess the damage, and his brain activity. Please pray that the Lord can lay his healing hands on him, and heal him completely. I know through Christ all things are possible. The Lord is really working in our lives, and I know he hears these prayers. Thank you for all those who have extended prayers to my family and I. Please continue to lift Michael up, we just got very heart breaking news that the results of Michaels tests were not good, and that hes worse than he was before. They are taking him for surgery in an hour. Please pray for a good surgery, and brain activity! Still hanging on to Jesus...

Michael is about to go into surgery, the remove the device. He is going within the next hour. They are taking him for a ct scan after the surgery. Please pray that the LORD can heal completely, and that this can be a miracle, and a testimony to the great glory of God.

God Bless everyone who has been keeping us in your prayers. Good news- the surgery was successful, and Michael's heart is functioning on its own. Bad News- the doctors found a hole in his heart, and he has contracted several infections. They are doing an operation tomorrow to repair his heart, and doing another ct scan in a day or two to assess his brain activity. Please continue to pray for his total healing. We are growing so discouraged! But trusting in God... really wishing that the Lord could spare Michael's life, and heal him. Please pray.

Thanks for all the prayers and encouragment for my family and I, we definitely need them and they lift our spirits. I'm updating from the hopsital, havn't heard any news, but they did a ct scan this morning. Please pray for positive results, and responses. We are standing strong in our belief that the Lord is the ultimate physican and he can heal Michael. He has brought Michael this far, and that is a blessing. Please pray for Michael's heart, and mind that it can restored from the stroke. He also needs our prayers for the infections he has contracted, may the enemy have no power in our lives, how easy he can weasle his head in where it doesnt belong. Lord i continue to lift up my family to your ever loving care. Lord I just dont understand how so many people can be praying, and yet our news is always bad. Lord, I pray that you can give us a glimmer of hope. I honestly don't feel like its Michael's time to go, I feel that if you didnt want him to make it through that he wouldnt have made it through surgery after surgery. His odds havnt been good, but hes made it through them all. I refuse to accept that this is as good as it gets. Dear Community- the results we've been recieiving today are anything but good, and no one seems to give us any hope. I feel like everyones giving up on him. I want to see that miracle...

And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

Please pray for my step father Michael. He has been through so much, and today the decison has been made that no treatment aside from comfort care would take place. I pray one last time that if its in God's will to do a mighty miracle that he lay his healing hands on Michael and reverse the damages of the stroke, repair his heart, and give him a chance at a normal life. If its God's will that he is to pass peacefully like this and go home to Jesus, please please please pray that our family,can be at peace, and feel god's presence through all of this. Pray that God's will can be done, we can rely on God, and find peace and understanding. If theres any chance of a miracle pray that it will happen soon...

Michael passed away this afternoon at 2:00 pm in the presence of myself, my mother, and our family pastor. We know that he is now truly Healed, and reunited with his parents, and seeing Jesus face to face. Please continue to pray for my mom, I know this is very hard for her, and its going to be a hard transition. Please Lord give her strength. Thank you for all your prayers they have truly been a constant sense of encouragment.
